i don't know if it just hasn't hit yet, but i feel like these kind of risky deaths hit different to a more tragic accidental illness homicide type death.
a friend of mine died in a small plane crash a few weeks ago. i never went up there with him because i thought it was too risky, he seemed like a fun loving yet risky type person.
