I guess it is possible if its never in your typically daily routine to have the kids in the morning etc and they were asleep and you went into autopilot mode of driving to work, jumping out and just going on with your typical day BUT the shyt is sad and will eat him up.

Which ironically is what happened some years ago in Mississippi with a case like this. A black father left his kid in the car who ended up died and the only reason he ended up not getting charged was a white woman did the EXACT same thing a few weeks before and she got off of it as well.
Letting one off the hook because another one did it before was dumb logic seeing as they both should have been charged for their trangressions. Accidents happen, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't be charged or serve time in jail for what happened.

I wouldn't consider leaving your kids in a car a genuine mistake
You're talking about a decision or lack there of that led to the death of not one child but multiple. The energy was completely different when posters thought it was a white dude who did it, but now since it's a breh it's different. He should be in jail and any other parent who did it should be as well.
