Breh, this album is a classic mostly off the strength of Book 1. The filler songs mostly all fall on the 2nd book.
nah they both work together. Disc 2 has some of my favs...."Picture Me Rollin", "All Eyez...." "Check Out Time"
Disc 1 is like the more mainstream disc.

Yeah, Book 1 has all the hits. If Book 1 was its own album it'd be an undeniable classic but Book 2 would be hindered by songs like "Run tha Streetz" and "Thug Passion".
