Of course because until it´s on the census ( that very few Black Americans fill out) you can´t quantify who is even self described FBA. Not to mention the people who the majority would actually deem FBA

My point is I´ve heard the intellectual argument that you had to be born in what was the united states in 1870 but again that would put in a lot of Liberians and Sierra Leonians Buy that Logic Idris Elba and Ronda Rousey is FBA and deserve a reparations check.

If you use the blood and soil argument you lose tons of Black Americans born abroad like that lady who was an advisor for Obama and Martin Lawerence If you include them then you´re saying You can be born abroad and even have non FBA lineage as long as you went overseas as an agent of white supremacy
