I don't have an issue with Black folks self defining.

in all fairness, your personal opinions about a definition that is controlled by other people doesn't really mean very much.

And Tariq gives an extensive breakdown on the exact definition on his FBA website.

A good portion of the questions you are asking are there.

i asked for explanations.

i've already read that page and it doesn't have any.

as you won't answer them, i hereby open the offer to any other readers.

Well I personally don't identify as FBA even though by definition I would fall in said category. Again, I don't have an issue with Black folks self defining so if a person wants to identify themselves as FBA, that's them. I'm not a spokesman for FBA so that's why I directed you to the website. Now I'm not going to lie, I seriously do believe there is an explanation to a few of the questions you asked on that website but you say it doesn't have any explanations. So the most I can do for you after that, is say that you should ask Tariq those questions if you seriously want a proper response, might as well get it from the source. Tariq is reachable. I reached out to him back around 2010 or 2011 on Facebook about publishing books and he responded. And if I'm not mistaken a Coli poster reached out to him not to long ago and posted the audio. You can do the same with your questions.

you asserted:

"FBA being a lineage" rather than saying "Tariq says that FBA is a lineage" so i thought you knew.

But he's making an excellent point. The reality is that there are 2 things that exist. 1) FBA being a lineage

i don't have facebook, instagram, tiktok, reddit or any of the usual social media.

i can't say that i will email him but who knows.

I said twice that I have no problem with Black folks self defining because It isn't just Tariq saying it's a lineage. There's a collective saying it's a lineage and a bunch are in this thread right now. If the group is self defining as a lineage then it's a group thing not one person.

And it was @BrothaZay who got in contact with Tariq and made a thread about it and posted the audio. You don't need those social media apps, you just need a phone. Hit Brothazay up and ask him how he got a hold of Tariq so you can contact him and then you can make a thread about it when you finally get a hold of him.

it appears that you are an idiot.

don't ask me to prove it, because it is a collective of people on this site who have said it.

I thought we were having an honest back and forth. The fact that you lead me on this far only to insult me in such a manner forces me to acknowledge you as a troll. And I won't insult you back. I'll just put you on ignore so that I never make this same mistake with you ever again. * Done :ehh:

Nothing else should be said then.
