What's he saying?
He said Hillary and her team were "extremely careless" but didn't intend to break the law. They didn't hide emails or delete them with intentions to hide them from anyone. When emails were deleted, it was because a device or server was taken out of service. If it was anyone else or if Hillary was still Sec of State, they'd be getting sanctions. Trump tweets on deck.

He basically said she's a dumbass but no charges.

- 152 emails were classified, 8 were top secret
- Not likely intentional, but "extremely careless"
- Reasonable person would've known that kind of material shouldn't of been on that email server
- Possible that foreign entities gained classified material
- Used the email account in the physical territory of "sophisticated adversaries"
- Two statutes govern something like this: one is intentional and the other is "gross negligence"

Everywhere
Yeah so now we have presidential candidate who doesn't care about how classified information is handled.

That's the biggest red flag I could possibly think of for someone inspiring for the highest office.

But people will still vote for her because she's not a racist, xenophobic, idiot :mjlol:

But a part of me is thinking this is what this country deserves so have at it :blessed:

Last one:

- “Our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case"
