It's just crazy to me. According to Comey there was no criminal negligence but had this come out while she was Secretary of State she would have been terminated and her security clearance revoked. Now that she can become president, barring any sanctions on her clearance, she'll be right back at it with all the world's secrets at her fingertips. Hopefully with more pride and care this time. Usually this would be the time where the people would say no and revoke her from ever holding office again but somehow the right wing was dumb enough to put Trump up so there's no better choice

I'm truly at how the Clinton's can tow the line between criminal and public servant. It's truly commendable from an objective POV.

- Possible that foreign entities gained classified material
- Used the email account in the physical territory of "sophisticated adversaries"
- Two statutes govern something like this: one is intentional and the other is "gross negligence"
