They will be extremely successful with finding and prosecuting those that perpetrated fraud due to the information they needed to give for the loans. It would of been great to engineer a way to give money to people that needed it, but in the end it was the person's responsibility not to take the money if they did not qualify.after a certain point. with this many people having defrauded them, you gotta start blaming them for making it so easy to defraud.
find a better way to distribute the money instead of trusting an honor system then trying to arrest people who take advantage.
let me throw a wad of cash into a crowd, declare only left handed people can pick it up and see how successful i would be prosecuting all the right handed people who grabbed some too.
Oh no, i get that. I'm just saying it shouldn't work like that. This is clearly the fault of whoever set up the PPP loan system. They should be paying the consequences for this too imo. They will be extremely successful with finding and prosecuting those that perpetrated fraud due to the information they needed to give for the loans. The millionaires and billionaires are smart and have actual lawyers and financial counsel when they got their loans.I'll say what I said the last time we had this thread:
Go after the millionaires and billionaires first who got these loans.
