They'll just use this make them more exclusive, facebook/amazon/google have been less vocal about this. And it's hard to get into the telco business, most of these companies are pretty much allowed to act as a monopoly. They (microsoft/amazon) would have to be willing to make a big financial splash.

I can see that too but small businesses I feel will be capped one way or another.
