The fact that it’s been denied twice in court is our last hope IMO

Can the courts override the FCC? And any idea of what grounds the court denied it? It'd be great if there was some law somewhere that would dead this for good, but I'm not holding out hope.

Actually as they talked about during the stream, net neutrality was created during the "W" years... it was put into paper form during the Obama Administration to try and protect the consumer.

The courts can override it... but as far as the supreme court goes... which is where this is going to wind up... Trump has that stacked in his favor doesn't he?
