how does he think it's suppose to work? i've always understood it to work like this: of the options available, you vote for the person who supports the positions you care most about. if they vote against the positions you care most about you vote them out next time. 82% of republicans might support net neutrality, but they do not support voting out someone who is against it because it's not a big priority issue for them and in mcconell's case specifically, the citizens of kentucky.
