Not to mention it's all highly illegal. So they'll get sued and when they lose they'll have to backpay all of these folks. Or they'll realize they actually need them then rehire them with back. Either way it's a waste of time and money

Nope I haven't actually seen anyone post it. You know Reddit would be on fire if someone posted it. That's why I don't believe them. This admin is all smoke and mirrors. It's like when they pulled the curtain back on OZ. They just be on that stage and twitter cutting WWE promos

IRS says shutdown-exempt staff face furloughs if they take too much leave

they submitted an exempt memo in writing (stating that pay and leave remains the same) on wednesday then on thursday, the manager verbally (on some code red sh!t) states that you can only use 8 hours of leave per pay period (and that you get charged a full day of leave for a partial day off) and if you exceed this, you get furloughed for the rest of the pay period (and possibly beyond). nothing in writing yet.

it seems that they're trying to apply excepted rules to exempt employees, which like much of everything else they're doing, is illegal.
They did the “verbal only” shyt with the State 5 Reasons emails too :mjlol:


Anytime management got questioned on where the memo or MoU to make it official is, they got to

The irony of this is….the greatest “accomplishment” Trump can possibly take credit for under his 1st admin is Operation Warpspeed with the vaccines.


But in reality, that whole shyt was set up before him…..on some preparing for “what if….”, the what if just so happened during his term and he greenlit it.


Now he is tearing those same type of systems. Literally going the the opposite direction of “better to have it, and not need it….than to need it and not have it”….extremely poor leadership, to the point where it’s sabotage.
