If you're a guy like me that doesn't really run or work-out, but does have pain and flat feet, is it worth it to buy recovery slides?

Have done and will do, but in general, are they worth it to provide comfort for those with foot pain that are not necessarily athletes. Or are they no different than your average slippers?

If you aren’t training and your feet hurt go see a specialist.

Assuming you have medical coverage

this.

unless he’s working some warehouse job and is busting his ass all day on his feet.

I run damn near daily and haven’t bothered with slides but I’ve been looking at Oofos recently. Heard ALOT of good things about them.

No. Look into feet massages, feet and ankle strengthening workouts. I’m telling you this as a guy with very flat feet. I have orthotics but I also only really wear flat shoes and so a lot of stuff for my calves and ankles.

Fix your flat feet. It will cause issues for you.

I’ve never had flat feet, but there are exercises that can help cure it.
