That is excellent to hear. Some people really don't understand how much of a positive effect it is to see someone that looks like you in a mentor/position of power.

Man Some of the local majority black counties in the atl metro area have this program where if your a black male college grad, they’ll hire you as a teacher even if you didn’t go to school for teaching. Just so young black males have other black males

I'm not going to throw a young black male under the bus when I don't have all the facts. I'm speaking from my experience as someone who has had 90% white female teachers and I've had problems with them. Not to the point where I gave them a fade, but I sure as hell felt like it.

Some of the shyt that has come out of their mouths that I've witnessed is shyt they would've been fired for today. They play the victim extremely well and they know it. Who's side is going to be taken administratively/legally more seriously given this country's history?

I've had white female teachers and professors and never had this problem.

Now she could've said some slick racist shyt true, but that doesn't take away that some of these kids are just bad and need they ass beat


We definitely need strong black men teaching these kids though, I'm willing to bet there'd big a huge improvement

I don't know the facts on this incident But I was a sub for 6 months. These kids are horrible. You soft azz parents fighting and cosigning them when their wrong empowers and encourages this behavior.

These kids have no self control or discipline. You cant beat these cacs physical at the end of the day. Its wise to outsmart and avoid

There are too many white females teaching black students. This is always overlooked, those cultural differences present themselves in various ways, Suspension rates, drop-out rates, and clashes in the classroom. White women still benefit from the power dynamic (read: white supremacy) in America...

they were both in the wrong...this video is a horrible look for her tho...as others already pointed out she should not have been in the student’s face like that @ all and even tho it’s instinctive to hit someone back for pushing you she shouldn’t have done so...then her taking off her coat to continue the fight smmfh...the student will obviously get suspended/expelled (transferred) and deservedly so...she should be out of a job tho...curious to see how they handle her...she did everything to escalate that situation...and it started w/ her standing toe to toe w/ the student...you NEVER do that...she more than likely wouldn’t do it to an adult and would come up w/ a better way to resolve the conflict

white teachers always do this in particular w/ black students cuz they know it provokes them...seen it too often and in some instances I’ve had to go and intervene and let the student know what the teacher was doing and how it was gonna play out if he/she didn’t think it thru
