She violated his personal space so strongly that she headbutted him. He has a right to push her off of him. Then she rushed him when he fell. At that point its two counts of assault on the teacher. If this was a man who ran up into another person's face so closely that they touched, he's automatically being charged. Hell shorty was the one that was assaulted and HE was arrested.
