And no one better bring up Vince saying how Shawn kept the company afloat because that was his man crush. He'll never flat out admit that he lost tons of money and sabotaged the careers of many high tier wrestlers. HBK's injury saved this company from getting squashed by WCW.
Which high tier superstars careers did he sabotage lol. The marks wet dream Shane Douglas? A Vader that was always starting to break down?

It's true. :umad: WCW was destroying them in the ratings and they were losing money when he was hogging the main event scene. Bret was on his hiatus so you can't blame him for that.
So we gonna act like Stone Cold, Undertaker, & Rock wasn't there then? :mjpls:

I disagree with the bolded. If Michaels hadn't retired in 1998 the WWF would have still overcome WCW.

With Michaels sabotaging careers and still wrestling, it would have taken away from some of Stone Cold's momentum. They didn't start consistently beating Nitro until mid 98 when Michaels had a diminished role.

WCW would have had the same outcome regardless of HBK being there or not.

Ooohh we're doing this again.

So ONLY when HBK was the champion foes he take the sole blame for the way WWE business was at the time.

Ok got it...
@mrken12 even admitted it's not the top guys fault...unless it's HBK LOL. He still hasn't mentioned all these top tier careers HBK sabotaged.
