Larry Holmes was "flabby and sick" because he was physically flabby, sick, old, weathered ect....AKA, he couldn't do what he could previously. If you think Lupe can't rap like you would rather him rap, you're mistaken. Him not going in the artistic direction YOU want him to go is YOUR problem to deal with, it doesn't diminish his talent/ability in the least.

he has four classic mixtapes as well as two classic albums. the level of lyricism on those 6 bodies of work EASILY surpass the lyricism of 80% of rappers EVER breh. Yea, his song making skills have been shaky after The Cool, but I can never say he was a waste of potential
