PC Port.Yea, Squeenix strikes again with aPC Port.
shyt is 720p / 30fps. The only graphical options are full screen/ windowed mode.
Luckily Durante already has a fix up, but it's a pre alpha build so it's not perfect.
I'm not going to fault Squeenix too much because you have to remember, this game was designed from the ground up for the Power PC based Playstation 3, then was later ported over to the 360 (with a similar architecture) mid development. Porting over to an x86 is not an easy task (ask Naughty Dog about TLoU Remastered). But if ND pulled it off, and a modder managed to get a fix up right after release... Then is shows SE clearly didn't try hard enough for a respectful port.

You can get 4K with modsI was expecting 1080p/60fps![]()

Everyone else is a Degrassi extra
So basically you mine as well play on ps3.Played a lil. got plenty of screenshots already. man i hope they add some gfx options tho![]()
Howd you like 2 and 3?I beat all three on the PS3. I'll reup for this soon.
Howd you like 2 and 3?
I saw this on GAF:I keep getting excessive screen tearing. Not sure how to get rid of it. Turned on adaptive vsync and vsync and still there.
Not sure if this has been mentioned, but for anyone that:
...you can use NVIDIA Inspector to solve it. Make sure you have the most up to date version (when you open Inspector, it'll tell you at the bottom if your version isn't up to date, just click it and let it update) and create a profile for FF13. Name it whatever, and link the ffxiiiimg.exe to the profile.
- Has an NVIDIA card
- Is capping at 30FPS for the moment
- Getting screen tear
In the second section called "Sync and Refresh", the first option is "Frame Rame Limiter". Put it at 30FPS and hit Apply Changes in the top right.
Go into your profile into Control Panel and remove Adaptive (Half) if you had it on. If you used something else to cap, remove that restriction in the respective program. Bada-bing, bada-boom, no more tearing
