There's nothing wrong with your meal plan in and of itself. The macros are actually pretty ideal if one chose to go that low. It's just extremely low calories like this are almost always counter-balanced by a scheduled period(s) of higher calories.

I'm thinking about adding a protein bar (or equivalent) either between breakfast and lunch or just with both meals, that should add 500-600 calories. Smart or overkill? Or should I save the bulk of my food/protein consumption for AFTER a workout?
