Batman matchup: LBJ v. Durant = Push. Last time an MVP faced the runner-up in the Finals was Jordan-Drexler. Whoever's team wins, that player get the crown. fukk the regular season award.
The matchup that'll decide the series: Wade v. Westbrook = Advantage Heat. But this'll be really close, especially since Wade has struggled some this playoffs and Russy has played pretty good. Whoever plays better late, I think their team wins the championship. My gut says Wade'll be better in crucial 4th quarters, and that will be what matters.
Big man battle: Bosh v. Ibaka = The key to this matchup will be Bosh's ability to consistently hit that 17, 18-footer. If he does that, it'll keep the lane clear for LeBron and Wade's slashing to the cup. If not, Ibaka will be able to sink low and do what he does best: block shots. Ibaka can hit that mid-range open jumper, too. I give the Heat a slight edge, though, if Bosh can stay healthy and play decent minutes.
Best bench player: Harden v. Heat bench = Advantage OKC. Harden >>>
Sleeper clutch shooting: Chalmers v. Fish = Both have some history making big shots. Fish has been doing it longer. Advantage OKC.
Lockdown defender: Battier v. Sefolosha = Unless they're guarding each other, both these nikkas getting torched. They gon' be on some highlights.
Xs & Os: Brooks v. Spo = Advantage OKC. Both young good coaches. I just think Brooks has made some better adjustments during his series matchups. But really who cares? It's going to come down to the players. Coaching won't be the difference maker at this point in the season.
Crowd: OKC v. Miami = Advantage OKC. shyt is like a college atmosphere. Miami is...Miami.
Prediction: Heat in 7.
