I actually think Norm is starting to get a raw deal. OG for the past few weeks has not been that exceptional for Norm to be totally out of the rotation.

Defensively hes good and he covers for alot of mistakes made by Demar and Kyle...Norm isnt getting a raw deal at all hes been terrible when on the floor all year,he did this to himself...

OG doesnt force his game on the team...thats why you can start him cuz we only need his defense right now...

I thought earlier in the year they should run more plays for CJ but hes a pretty useless player when hes not making 3s...

I saw some interesting stats on twitter...

Raptors are top 5 offensive and defensive.

BUT are 20th and 23rd offense and defense in then the last 5 mins of games decided by 5 points or less...

It certainly shows, the game slows down then everybody gets nervouse and tense. I guess that's when teams usually defer to their elite players. (Steph, KD, Kawhi, Kyrie)

We don't have any top-5 players for those moments.

I don't know how they're going to be able to keep him without any cap space, I don't think they can match RFA offers without going over the cap. He's going to be missed if he's gone for sure

He's very good at identifying prospects

Think about all of the GMs that have missed with lottery picks (Vlade with the Kings, Ryan McDonough from the Suns, Rob Hennigan with the Magic)...and he's gotten contributors every year since the Bruno draft.

I think they believe Norm will come back next year.....I still 100% believe they are going to move Jonas whether its trade deadline or off season...Him playing well just increases his value for a trade...

Agreed. I wonder if his trade value has increased since he's played much better this year. Last summer Shams or Woj (I don't remember who) wrote they needed a 1st to get rid of him
