They can't even trade him right now since he was given an extension during the season. You can trade him after April, or when the team is out of the playoffs.

Yep, it comes down to Raptors and their willingness to match in RFA. Lack of cap space, they already have two other capable point guards, one is signed to a long term deal, the other is due for an extension in 2019...they got some decisions to make.

I was extremely surprised Jameer nelson was available for so long, he was decent last year. FVV on a Ron Baker deal would be a steal, Ron Baker is making like $3 mil a year and he's the 4th pg on the Knicks
Also, off topic, but have you ever filed a consumer complaint with the provincial government? We called the hvac company over 3 times, they visited 3 times and each time they couldn't fix the furnace. The hvac tech hung up on me when he called me back and I told him the furnace wasn't working. Even got the green ontario people to come look at the smart thermostat, and they confirmed it wasn't the thermostat. Family keeps making me use this shytty company because we got a 10 year parts and labour warranty with the furnace.
Filed a CRTC complaint against Rogers years back. Was awarded like $1300 in bills credits

redflagdeals hasn't really helped me out, I actually posted quite a few times in the HVAC thread. I'm getting pissed off, we have to leave the furnace door for the furnace to run (and my fukkin uncle lit the flame on an energy efficient furnace) and i can't close the door to the flame or the temperature keeps dropping in the house and we'd have no heat. That can't be safe, right?
That doesn't sound safe breh. Actually sounds odd that the area with the flame needs to be exposed in order to provide heat (you would think it should be the opposite with the flame door closed).
Try contacting that four seasons company. Lots of users on redflag love that company. Can't hurt to call/email to get some info.
I've actually communicated with Craig (owner) via email as I'm looking to get a new ac in the spring. He's pretty prompt with his responses
