Only thing I worry about with Fred is I don’t know if he has the skill level to have the ball run through him frequently. I wonder how he will be able to adjust once double teams and traps start coming at him. Then again, maybe that’s ideal because then Lowry and Derozan will face single coverage if Fred can pass out of the double teams.

When they start doubling you go to a different look but i would give him the ball rather than just run predictable late game BS thru DeRozan/Lowry.

Its not even about the skill level,its that we know he wont speed up and rush himself into a turnover or forced shot...

They lost 2 regular season games in Cleveland by a total of 9 points...We beat them by 34 at home.

Raptors will have home court if they face them,i think it does matter...

JV should be traded. Our recent slump has coincided with increased emphasis and usage of Jonás. I don’t think it’s a coincidence.

Yeah I noticed that too. Ibaka + JV just can't work together, one's too slow and the other's already not as quick as he used to be. This is almost as bad as Jonas playing with Amir after his ankles turned to dust

When Nogueira came in they didnt even wanna go inside,he was blocking everything,truthfully Hoenas should be our 1st half big...YOU hope he gives you some buckets and rebounds and then go with Yak and bebe second half......I dont know how you trust JV in the 4th quarter of games when you need stops,his defensive IQ and impotence is indefensible....

Jonas just isn’t good enough to be out there in the 4th. Poetl and Bebe give so much more on defence and can defend adequately on the perimeter against stretch bigs, which Jonás can’t do. Also Jonás is trash in the pnr.
