I always thought the biggest mistake was going to a more offensive minded philosophy.

The "culture" in Toronto should have been all about defense, while surrounding Derozan and Lowry with defensive specialists and 3-and-D wings.

It's sickening watching Derozan play defense. With his athleticism and size there's no reason he shouldn't be at least a competent defender in this league. That failure falls completely on the Raptors organization and coaching staff.

You can't outscore Cleveland. That's been the wrong approach by any team in the East since Bron returned. You have to defend...period. Indiana should've gotten the Cavs up outta there, and they were in that position because Nate McMillan emphasizes defensive structure and effort. That's the "culture" in Indiana.

Just a completely wrong approach to beating the Cavs.

Now, the whole organization should be nuked.

Why does Casey insist on playing DeRozan with the bench ??? it doesnt work,it has not worked all season,why do we still force it on this team ???

Just play the 5 man bench together without DD it works better without ball stopping and a weakness on defense at the 2...
