Yea but I would have to go to court to dispute it, I don't have time for that. By the time all this gets processed and they have heard both sides I would have found another job..

Ok dude I get it, you are a model employee who does whatever your boss tells you without any lip.. You are never late and these companies are never wrong it's always the employees fault, there is never any reason to not be able to do everything the exact same way your boss tells you..Congrats... shyt I may have been in the wrong for being late but it should justify being fired if I was doing my job once I got there... And why do I need to lie to a bunch of people I don't know?It's obviously a lot more than what he's saying. Dude must have been insubordinate or something. He claims they wanted him to be on call and he said "fukk you", claims they sent him emails after hours and he didn't check them (probably was supposed to be he said "fukk them"), they probably told him "you gotta stop being late" and he responded "but I got to school at night and come to work in the morning" to which they responded "we pay you 70 grand a year, figure it out" and he then again said "fukk it". To which they said"fukk you" and now he's on coli bytching about it.

ok you are not following along, this is the last reply..... I was a full time employee, this wasnt a temp agency, when I interviewed for the job I told them when asked about my availability that I could work a 8-5 m-f, but I have other obligations at night, they said ok and hired me, but never told me the scheduled hours. Upon arrival on my first day he asked me which times work best I told him 8-4:30 he said they work 9 hr shifts so it would have to be 7:30 - 4:30 (with an hour lunch that I always take at my desk). We agreed we would see how that works. A few months had passed and I had been really late with excuesed abscence maybe 3 or 4 times. and between 5-10 minutes on average, he then warned me and I explained to him, that it takes me over an hor to get to work and two to get home, can you give me a window of like 15 minutes to get in because i live so far away, and no one else is in the office until 8:30 and I would stay later if I was a few minutes late. he said he would get back to me. Also being that I was salary I had to come in on weekends and be available after hours with no added compensation, I am not about that life but I did it anyway..Today he pops up (because he works in another state) like hey im here for some meetings, then comes back likeLMAO, so you worked somewhere for two months and just tried to shyt on them...you dumb as hell. I hope you a cac.
