Depends.when I get interviewed by a black person I know I'm not getting the job. They are scared to bring in a black person and be looked at like they as re helping their own people.

I'm sorry but that's on you fam. She took it the wrong way but you also shouldn't have been casual with her. Y'all don't know each other...I went on a interview with this black lady and she asked me is pay was ok and I said "it's cool" then she gave me a lecture saying if she wasn't black I wouldn't talk like that.. Didn't get the job.. I go on a interview with a white guy and I say the same thing when it gets to pay "it's cool" got the job and they paying me double what the other job was offering.

Depends.
Black women take care of me, I've gotten hired on to great jobs because of em. The only c00ns I encountered like this in HR and management was men. I've had problems with Black women as managers but not anything major.

I’ve been lucky. Every sinlge job I’ve interviewed for has been with a black person. Especially now I’m in the education field and I only apply to majority black schools. They’ve all had black principals
Atlanta really the black Mecca![]()

i think the moral of the post was that he was just being himself and the white man gave him the job, the black woman gave him a lecture about his vocab , which he still did not compromise in the next interview![]()

I was with this post until the bolded, breh![]()
I get that point but again it's on you to be professional and not assume anything. For all you know the Black woman might be reacting like that based on past experiences.. I recently dealt with a Black recruiter in her 60's and she told me that "my people give me the hardest work"i think the moral of the post was that he was just being himself and the white man gave him the job, the black woman gave him a lecture about his vocab , which he still did not compromise in the next interview![]()
