My first interview with a black person and i don't get the fukin job despite the recruiter telling me the feedback was positive and their could be a future for me there the day after. Calls me today saying someone else had the edge. Reject your people brehettes

Anyway another potential interview next week where i have to try and hop out on my lunch break. More company researching and azz kissing man this shyt stressful brehs

I think it depends on what the career field is like the owner of my last job was black and he hired my ass on the spot my first year outta HS with no experience fixing roofs. I was making a lot more than my friends at the time. Corporate jobs though I see and hear about that happening a lot to brothers. The negroe with the title don't want to put on the nikkas under him.

Same. Every job I’ve ever had, I was interviewed by either a Black HR or the departmental manager was Black, or both. And I got the job.

Now when it’s cacs or others across the board, I didn’t get it.

I went on a interview with this black lady and she asked me is pay was ok and I said "it's cool" then she gave me a lecture saying if she wasn't black I wouldn't talk like that.. Didn't get the job.. I go on a interview with a white guy and I say the same thing when it gets to pay "it's cool" got the job and they paying me double what the other job was offering.

Not always . If it’s a large, corporate company then yeah, maybe. Usually the interviewer isn’t the main one making the hiring decision anyway. You gotta go through 2 more higher level doors first .

If y’all were some cert niccas you’d know that the real bag heavy jobs require day long interviews and/ or multiple interviews and tests spread out over the course of nearly month .

All insecure, female interviewers can be a trip to navigate for a male... especially if you come in oozing with confidence and a super clean fit ... and especially if they’re late 20s, 30s and not married ... you have to make THEM feel comfortable more so than others and dim your glow. People are a damn trip man.
