To all you brehs defending Child Support Racketeering in here ... here is one example out of many .. and Ive sat through at least XX cases in the court rooms over the years . Dads get railroaded 
:My sons mom put me on child support .. then took me off and said we can work it out .. we signed a deal , notarized
and took it to Child Support Services they said cool . Support over . 
But you still owe 8k Arrears .I paid up for awhile , sending the check in ,every month , when I drop my son off so he knows I'm paying .. she put it in her pocket .
Annnnd paid off the 8K arrears
to the county .One day she moves to ANOTHER COUNTY in the new COUNTY COURT she RE_FILES the original order for support .
I showed the new county the support order was canceled . Here's the receipt. The brother that closed the account said "We dont usually do this but... " . He came from behind the bullet proof glass and shook my hand.
Wtf y'all mean??? 
The new county said .. "You didnt go to court to get it signed off though "
I showed them all the reciepts where I paid ... They said
She (Sons Mom) told us that wasn't for payments and you have to go to court .The new county ran the case back through THEIR court ... ended up paying an extra 70K (plus interest)
