Man I feel for yall boys. My bro had an arrangement with his ex wife where he was paying outside of the system. Well, they fell out so she reneged and put him on CS.

Courts said he owed back CS even tho he broke her off during that time, monthly, said it didn’t count cuz it wasn’t through the state

I don't think we're agreeing with the system. It's probably unfair, but from the kids perspective, they need somebody to take care of them, and it's at the minimum the responsibility of both parents.

It's not a system you have to participate in. It's just dudes have various options before hand to avoid having to go through this situation yet time and time again they get a girl pregnant, which is how sex works, and have to complain about a system that every dude before them and after them has\will complain is unfair. In a country that already has challenges without a kid.

It’s just really sad when two grown-ups cannot come to an agreement without having the court dictate financial obligations. That is the part. I really don’t like is having to be told to do something by an outside force that has no idea what goes on behind closed doors.

Child support laws definitely do need to be adjusted because it is highway robbery more often than not
