He mainly talked about Rayful. Said Rayful went to Cardozo I think for high school and that the moment he graduated he started selling drugs. That he was very smart and wasn't about the street shyt in high school. But then he got into it and in a short amount of time he was making hella bread. Made so much money he was just giving bricks and work to nikkas like fukk it
Told me that his friend had asked Rayful to borrow $20,000 and his friend was sweating bullets about paying Rayful back and when he went to him to give the money back Ray had forgot

He said despite Ray having killers all around him that he was a good dude that put alot of cats on....even though his crew was murdering nikkas every day.Then he went in on out of towners. Said DC nikkas couldn't stand NY nikkas (I'm neutral being a Philly cat). They got a love hate relationship with Baltimore. Mostly hate though. Said back in the day there was a lot of Bmore dudes getting killed and sent back who tried to muscle in on DC. He didn't say too much about Alpo. That's roughly what I can remember from the conversation.
I also used to get my hair cut on Georgia Ave across the street from Howard. nikkas from DC know what I'm talking about. The main barber in there is named Gary. One time they were talking about street stuff and I mentioned Rayful and Wayne and the OGs in there was like nah bruh....change the convo

It's not funny but, the mental image of that is just.....he was a real sadistic fukk. Alpo was a drug dealer that killed some people. Wayne Perry was a serial killer that was around the drug game. Wayne killed people in broad daylight in front of a bunch of witnesses. Dude was crazy. It's interesting that Alpo was even able to get close enough to Wayne to manipulate him to do his bidding for him. You would've thought Wayne would've just killed him and took his money.
Wasn't really manipulation, it was out of loyalty and respect. Po got Wayne out a murder case and didn't even know him, that right there speaks for itself. Po knew what he was doing by making him a ally. Wayne ain't work for Po, he was his own boss and was getting money too. They both benefitted from one another.

Po was Machiavellian then. Wayne had to know Po only did that because he [Wayne] was the biggest killer in DC and linking up with him would keep other DC nikkas off his head. Or I'm guessing he didn't. If the Paid In Full story was true too and he helped Rich in jail, then Po was smart at invading nikkas's circles and gaining their trust.
