I remember being a kid in the 80's living in Harlem and asking my older cousin..who is alpo?? because the kids kept talking about him like some urban legend....and he reponded "A gangster"...I'm 9 years old so i instantly pictured an old white man in a pin stripe suit riding around in one those dikk Tracy 1940 Caddys with henchmen and Tommy Gun in a suitcase hidden under the chair. I'll never forget that picture in my head. I always pictured people being all scared when his Caddy drove by....LOL.....it wasnt till I was a teen did I find out he was a nikka.
