First Take is easily one of the worst sport shows on TV......Has been for a while. There's just nothing of value on the show to be had unless you enjoy Skip's trollish antics and Stephen A tapdancing skills. Sometimes I'll put it on a mute just to look at Cari Champion but other than that, I'm not trying to hear them fools debate.

I'll rather watch His & Hers. Honestly I can't find any good sports shows in the morning to watch.
