This is something I've been meaning to say for a while now but today it really has gotten to a new low.
They literally spent about 1 hour and 30 min of the show today talking about the Cowboys. The first 15min was a tribute to Stuart Scott and the rest was who's winning between Oregon vs Ohio State. Also maybe 1min given to the Bengals
No mention of the Ravens/Steelers. Tomlin's future?
No mention of the egg laid by the SEC. I really wanted Skip Bayless to address this because he was the biggest advocate of FOUR teams from the SEC being the final FOUR playoffs teams. Those teams being Ole Miss, Miss State, Bama, and Auburn and they all LOST.This nikka needs to fukking address this shyt. But it's the SEC and they know where their bread is buttered

completely agree. Show was much better when it was a different format and had different segments to break up the monotony. Now it's just 2 hours of their best impression of barbershop talk. but I heard that their ratings increased when they switched it up, so what do I know

This. I used to be heavy into shows like this and Around the Horn and PTI but then i realized these guys are no different than me. They sit at home and watch the game like me and u. They talk about the same things thats being talked about in barbershops everywhere. Only difference is they're on tv wearing a suit so it SEEMS like what they say is gospel. Why do we give these guys OPINION so much weight? And most of them never even came close to playing at the pro level. Hell, skip couldnt average more than 2ppg AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL!! I havent watched none of them shows in over a year

yup. Show was actually watchable then. I liked the post woody paige era and pre SAS era. Plus I enjoyed there being someone different to debate Skip. The 2 Live Stus, Lomas Brown, Rob Parker, etc…We all know where Skip and SAS stand on the Cowboys by now, is there a need to rehash the same topics every morning??
All they talk ab out for 90% of the time is the Cowboys, Lakers, Manziel, even if/when they are the definition of mediocrity. But hey, if people continue to watch and the ratings are consistently good, why would they change it up now
