Plus how would he know the exact apartment Nas lived in? I don't think that is common knowledge with the people that live in QB, QB is the largest Public Housing complex in NYC with multi floor buildings.

I just thought dude was gonna walk though QB like Nas once walked on these sidewalks before, he probably used to look out of some of these Project Windows
