Just calling it as it is. Fitz has been brought to every team he's been signed by to be a backup and the starter has either sucked or gotten hurt. 12 years in the league as a 7th round pick from a barely D1 conference is basically the opposite of privilege.
Isn't that the point, that there are much better qb options out there? even as a backup there are better qbs available or were available that didn't get that 2nd 3rd or 4th chance.
Even if you take that angle after his performances early in his career he should've been out of the league after the first few years and not even eligible for back up spots. The main point of the article is he's been given a ridiculous amount of chances and in spite of all of that and his shytty performance he took his benching like he was Brady.
