Even if you take that angle after his performances early in his career he should've been out of the league after the first few years and not even eligible for back up spots. The main point of the article is he's been given a ridiculous amount of chances and in spite of all of that and his shytty performance he took his benching like he was Brady.

Yep that is the point exactly. As I said before the QB position is affirmative action for white folks. The league wil draft black QBs to give the illusion of inclusion and release aka kick black QBs out the back door all at the same time.
