Some of yall being dramatic. The Wizards were in the playoffs 3 seasons ago, then decided to rebuild.
You know teams like Golden State, Minnesota, Phoenix, Dallas had the longest playoff droughts in history before getting their franchise players.

I mean, no homer, but I think it'd be great for the league to have him in DC. It's always talked about as an NBA "sleeping giant" in general and for FAs in particular. And as much as they love the burgundy and gold, it's a hoops city at its core.
Remember, this is a franchise that hasn't even won 50 games in a season in > 4 and a half decades. If Flagg eventually does for them what Daniels did for the football team, he could run the town.

He’s legit the only reason a lot of these people go to the games. If Charlotte trades him they are not serious. You can’t trade him unless you’re getting a good already established star. I mean right now it’s basically him and Miles running the team. Just keep the core 3 or 4 and trade for better role players
