Martial Manhunter supposedly has the same basic powers as Superman plus like telepathy. But the speedforce is some wild-card hogshyt that will get flash out of all kinds of shyt. With that said, I'm gonna say MM. I believe dude has powers strong enough to destroy a planet. so if he needed to go there that would win him the fight.
