If the Sun, Earth and Moon are in alignment with the Earth in the middle, then of course the Sun and Moon are 180 degrees away. That's what a lunar eclipse is.

A senhelion eclipse happens when we see a lunar eclipse while the sun and moon both appear to be above the horizon line. That's because of light refraction.

Let me make this easy for you: show me an example of a solar selenhelion eclipse. (They don't exist.)

I literally just took a picture of a moon, that was directly over head with the bottom shaded, while the sun was rising in the east on a sunny day..
