The Bazz situation was a little embarrassing but no a big deal in the grand scheme of things relax. If healthy we are a 6-8 seed at least!

It shouldn't be a big deal now. With these fugazi ass threats he got, now there's gonna be a constant "is he gonna send him down?" The best way to handle it is to talk to him in private (the punishment is what it is), let him know the situation, and move on. Have a Full House talk, work on his game, use your head, and see you in camp. This isn't the time or place for tough love. Let his teammates handle that. Let Ricky lead, K-Mart, Pek, the assistants he'll be working with, let them show the leadership skills they have. Trust them to keep Shabazz focused.

Him being active on Twitter is OK. Him having a segment every Friday on KFAN is OK. shyt, before Kahn the team used to treat everything like a classified CIA document. Being honest is OK and keeping us informed is OK, but he's a GM now. He's not on ESPN anymore. He has to know his personnel. He spent a lot of time trying to make people happy and reassured about the future here, but when he doesn't like you, he makes it too clear. Some shyt he just has to keep in house.

They haven't really had it since the kg era. That'll make environment more comfortable for the young brother they're afraid of losing, be it cuz of character or their own will.

I guess I have a bias against Kmart. Everybody knew Houston weren't contenders but he was way to boisterous and vocal about it prior the days of his trade and a I know a lot of that had to do prolly with him going from playing under Adelmans to Mchale. He acted like anything but a veteran in his time here, let alone a professional.
