Nah, don't get it twisted. I think 50 could get in good shape (dude dropped mad weight for some low budget movie by running for hours a day) but it won't mean shytfif does not have the stamina
Fighting shape is different from your everyday, I play basketball or I run 3 miles shape. You see how some professionals get winded in the ring?? Those professionals run about 5-10 miles a day but it don't mean shyt if you can't punch, especially if you miss
