I'm currently on a S & C routine, I alternate days between upperbody/lowerbody/explosive movements and cardio/sparring

I need to update my thread with the current shyt I'm on. PHAT had me all fukked up once I started moving around again the added mass to my chest made turning my right hand over awkward as fukk and my overall movement sluggish. It took me a good 3 months to fix, the only improvement I feel PHAT gave me was better balance and my left hook feels a lot stronger (I'm guessing that was from the heavy squats/deads on power PHAT days)
