Like I said in the other thread where you claim Floyd is at LEAST Top 3-Top 5 All-time
Advanced Metric Stats dont belong in a gladiator sport such as Boxing breh
The game of boxing is not JUST about "hit/dont get hit".....it's to win at all causes.
You are not accouting for who opponents have faced, the era they are fighting in (15 rounds vs 12 rounds), the actual time they had to prepare for the bouts, punching power, or ANY of that with your "stats"
According to every boxing historian who has ever been quoted on boxing, there are only 2 people who's name can be argued as GOAT: Sugar Ray Robinson or Muhammad Ali.
You're right. Sugar Ray Robinson went 40-0 before losing his 1st fight to one of the greatest fighters ever....dikk LaMotta. You know what your "stats" dont account for to try and put Floyd over him? Is that Sugar Ray Robinson fought Jake LaMotta 3 times in a 6 month span INCLUDING twice in a 3 week span (February 5th, 1943 and February 26th, 1943).
That's not including the fact that in between that 3 week span of 2-5 and 2-26....he had ANOTHER FIGHT, against California Jackie Wilson on 2-19
So, in a 3 week span, he fought 3 fights...2 of em against a HOFer.
His entire career is like that and so are all the other legendary fighters from back then.
PLEASE dont make me break down how Ali, Henry Armstrong, Joe Louis, and Willie Pep were all better as well![]()
because records in boxing mean nothing...How can anyone say floyd aint the GOAT when he's never lost
dude is undefeated and his the best punching accuracy of all time. also the best defense of all time. so whats left?
n!ggas need to stop hating and give this man his props.
He is the greatest defensive boxer of all time. People who dont acknowledge his greatness as a technician expose themselves immediately.

I like how you disregard everything else I said.
being undefeated with the greatest offense and defense of all time is what makes you the goat
none of clowns you listed have all 3 of those requirements. so have a seat.
These 3 things in combination with each other makes Floyd's goat stats UNDISPUTED, honestly.
ALI lost in his 31st fight
Leonard lost in his 27th fight
Robinson lost in his 40th Fight
Tyson lost in his 40th Fight
Floyd is 44-0, with, as you said, the best offense AND defense in history....
Nothing else even needs to be said besides this.
People say "he fought bad competition" or "never had a classic fight", because his stats prove he makes all of them look like sh1t.... That doesnt mean he was bad, that means he made em look bad.
To those saying, "it only takes 1 punch to change a fight"...
You're right.... 1 punch that you'll NEVER land clean.... lmao
Mosley came the closest.. Hit floyd with the 2 hardest shots he's EVER been hit with, in the SAME round, and STILL lost...
Floyd - Best offense ever
Floyd - Best defense ever
Floyd - Never been knocked down
Floyd - Undefeated longer than Ali, Robinson and Leonard
But.. But... But....
But what else? He made all his competition look like sh1t?
/clowns
..another one I guaranteed knows nothing about boxing outside of Floyd/pacquiaoFloyd does have an official KD counted against him...you stans who don't know boxing are the worst..another one I guaranteed knows nothing about boxing outside of Floyd/pacquiao

Floyd at 60 years old would beat the guys Roy faced towards the end of his career. Not to mention in his prime getting knocked bout by Tarver, something that has never happened to Floyd. The fact that you even had the balls to mention Roy Jones in the same class as Floyd makes me want to reach into the screen and slap you.
You mean after HE broke his hand on someone elses face?

You mean after HE broke his hand on someone elses face?

How soon we forget. Roy at his peak and in his prime was held in the same regard as people who dikkride Floyd now. He got knocked out by Tarver cuz he dropped all that weight after fighting Ruiz at heavyweight. Even the first fight when he beat Tarver he wasn't the same anymore and his legs and reflexes were shot. If Roy would have retired after Ruiz or stayed at heavy and fought Holyfield/Chris Byrd or someone similar in size people would still tout him as possible the GOAT. Now why I never thought he was the greatest ever, that doesn't take away the fact that prime Roy Jones is one of the greatest boxers ever. And would beat or be able to hang with any great fighter at any point in history.
here's a simple question..what do you think is the current fight of the year so far that you've watched and why?
