So if Stephen Curry has the best 3point Percentage in HISTORY, he's not the most accurate 3 point shooter ever:duck:

:wow: at the sheer stupidity of this post :snoop:

bernard hopkins, james toney, mike mccallum, and virgil hill for examples..they are all hall of fame caliber fighters

Hopkins beat him in the rematch, McCallum was damn near 40. Yeah Virgil's in the HOF, but who did he really fight professionally outside of RJJ? I'll give you James Toney though, that nikka was a monster :wow:

Compubox has never been the end all be all for fighters that it is for most of you cats. Floyd is one of the greatest defensive fighters ever and is very accurate on offense. But i'm not about to act like his defense is that much better than Willie Pep's Pernell's and especially Nicolino Locche. If Floyd would have fought some of the better fighters available to him i'm sure that his "percentage" would not be as high.

What great fighter in his prime than Floyd dominate? Don't come out your ass with Marquez cause that was a total mismatch and Juan shouldn't have been fighting at that weight. Hatton was a good fighter but that's all he was. De la Hoya Mosley and Cotto were not at their peak when he beat them. Muhammad Ali got beat by Trevor Berbick and dominated by Larry Holmes. But do we not consider him a legendary fighter? I assume you are young to not know how great Roy was in his prime and that's why I wish he would have retired after the Ruiz fight or stayed at heavyweight. Cause people will hold his last few years over his head and forget how great he was for over a decade. The man was the first former middleweight to win a heavyweight title in over 100 years. That's pretty legendary to me.

RJJ was always taking laxatives and diuretics the day of thee weigh-in, and usually weight 10-15 lbs more on the day of the fight. He was a natural light-heavyweight.

As far as Floyd, Corrales was undefeated until he met his maker in Money May. De La Hoya knocked out the champ Mayorga in one round (:wow:) before fighting May. Can a nikka live?

Floyds defence is 25 years of pure dedication to a particular style and mastering it, which few fighters ever get to do, especially fighters who have an advantage with speed of their reflexes, but Floyds defence looks 2 levels above those types of fighters. With all that, I prefer B Hop defence, not as flashy but the chin tucked in and spinning/turnin brehs around so you can hit them but they cannot hit you clear is :lawd: even if the fights are more scrappy.

Floyd tactical acumen is :lawd:

When his % is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than every fighter in history, it does matter.

We aren't talking 1 or 2% points.... We're talking a hit / don't get hit ratio as good as Leonard and Hagler COMBINED....

The 2nd fighter all time is Joe louis with a 26% .... Still 4% less than floyd, which is a big deal in boxing where every punch counts.

Give it up son, it's no way out.
