Wrong. It's black women that travel to places like Europe (i.e. the Italy hysteria) and choose to live in places like Utah. Black men comparatively travel far less often and mostly on vacation only. As far as Reincar is concerned, he was born in Canada to the mother who bore him, and as such he had no choice in where he grew up.

Those women are traveling for opportunities to make a living, something that is usually unavailable to them in their own communities.

So if he was born and raised in Canada, he should be used to being around cacs at this point.
