So basically if I eat pizza, pasta, anything with bread or breaded, burritos, soy sauce, cookies, donuts, beer, .. And the list goes on...
I will end up with debilitating stomach pains, constipation, heartburn, gas, etc for like 3-4 days that wakes me up out of my sleep or stops me from sleeping altogether
Still gotta get the fix every once in a while tho and just hope I can sneak it by
