That black power conference shyt happened to me recently. My white latina supv came into my office cuz 2 of our new hires (darkskin bw) have become friendly recently, so she rushes in like :hamster: "I don't like the fact that they're so friendly, what could they be talking abt?!" I said "I see no issue w coworkers chit-chatting, care to tell me why it bothers u?" :mjpls: She must've thought I was gonna be some kinda sellout n speculate w her ass. bytch bye.
She then told her boss that I'm too militant :mjpls:

GO STRAIGHT TO HR. Hopefully you have a union.

If people are forcing sensitivity training for LGBTQ people, then, ya'll shouldn't feel weird talking to each to other.

These and variations of these I've seen/felt at work.

I honestly don't talk to most of my coworkers. I just come in, do my work and leave. Only ones I talk to are just the ones I have to because of work. They're ignorant as fukk and honestly talk about shyt i don't care about.

:francis:This one hits close to fukking home. Been there a handful of times, and I always said to keep it to themselves. Hasn't happened to me in years, but even with me wanting to give everyone a shot, I knew it was the crack in the dam that lead to "Getting too comfortable."
:francis:All them shyts should be tossed in the trash. Funny who I often hear them come from:stopitslime:
