NFL seems to have no problem with it either since almost every team that's played us after the Pats has taken to this exact same strategy and there's been no flags.

I think there needs to be a review of what "uncatchable" means according to NFL rules. In my experience of watching football, a pass that is declared uncatchable has usually been one of those balls that lands 10 yards out of bounds, or soars 15 feet over the head of the receiver. NEVER have I seen one that was intercepted in front of the receiver declared "uncatchable". And haven't we all see passes to one side of the field, but a call of illegal contact or defensive holding is made on the other side of the field on a player who the ball wasn't even thrown to?

All that being said, FUKK THE PATRIOTS. This is usually the type of stuff that works in their favor.
