Yes I am from Europe. But I 100% get the "on-code black solidarity" that existed, and that unfortunately has (seemingly) eroded.

This is all because of 2 things:

1. The impact Black American culture and history has in Europe
2. The solidarity Black people in Europe have with Black Americans because of the racism we experience at the hands of white people

From Martin to NWA to Def Comedy Jam to Public Enemy to Ice cube to Richard Pryor to Menace II Society to the NBA to Malcolm X...
From the Watts Riots to the Rodney King beating to the murder of Martin Luther King Jr
From The Breakfast Club to Obama becoming President..

We witness all this in real time like you guys do. And what we didn't experience/witness ourselves, our parents taught us about.

So back when OJ was the biggest news story, it was in fact Black vs White, "He's innocent" vs "He's guilty"

And while @3rdWorld wrongfuilly thinks I'm white, he is right in saying "Justice in America is administered along racial lines."

Seeing OJ get a not guilty verdict was a victory because ALL WHITE PEOPLE were hoping for his guilty verdict (also because the victim is white, and we can write entire books about this...)
