this is a sad story, many of our people are suffering from undiagnosed mental illnesses and aren't getting the help we need.

this is why I try my best to educate my people about white supremacy, because internalizing racism will lay the foundation for mental illnesses, and pretending like you're not affected only makes matters worse.

A lot of truth being said in here, people try to tough it out and self medicate instead of getting the help they need. From big mental issues to small, it is not something to look down on. I hope this raises awareness.
